Agent Can Not Hear the Customer 

If you are facing an issue where the agent can not hear the customer while using Sanas, one of the reasons could be the Sanas Speaker selected as the default speaker in the system audio setting.


Follow the below steps for troubleshooting:


Dialer Settings:

  • Ensure Sanas Speaker is NOT SELECTED in the dialer settings as an output device.


System Settings:

  • Open Audio Settings 
    • Right-click the speaker icon in the Task Bar (alternatively you can search sound settings by clicking on the Windows icon)
  • Click on Sound settings and locate More Sound settings
  • On the Playback window make sure Sanas Speak is NOT set to default
    • If Sanas Speaker is selected as the Default device, select the correct headphone right-click and select "Set as Default Device"
