Echo During the Call
In case you are facing an issue where you hear an echo while using Sanas, follow the below steps to do basic troubleshooting checks
- Switch to a new headphone and confirm if Echo is still observed
- If no Echo is observed, use the new headset
- if Echo is still observed with the new headphones, proceed to the below troubleshooting steps
- Open sound settings
- Access more or advanced sound settings
- On the Playback tab locate the headphones connected to the system
- Double-click on the headphones to open more properties
- Go to the Levels tab and check if the Sidetone option is available (as shown in the below image 2)
- Reduce the sidetone value to the lowest, click on apply for changes to take effect, and click on Ok
- Make a test call to check if Echo is still observed
