Avaya Agent Integration with Sanas App: Configuration Guide
This guide offers step-by-step instructions for seamlessly integrating Avaya Agent with the Sanas application to enhance your communication experience. Ensure you have VPN access and Avaya Agent installed on your desktop before proceeding.
Integration Steps
- VPN Login: Use the VPN credentials provided by the admin or IT team to log in securely.
- Open Avaya Agent: Locate and open the Avaya Agent application on your desktop. If it's not installed, contact your IT support for assistance.
- Avaya Agent Window: Once launched, the main Avaya Agent window will appear. If the application is configured by the admin/IT, all necessary credentials will be auto-filled.
- Access Sound Settings: On the bottom left of the Avaya Agent window, click on the settings icon to access additional options.
- Navigate to Audio Settings: In the settings menu, locate the "All Settings" option, then choose "Audio" to access audio settings.
- Configure SANAS Virtual Microphone: Within the audio settings, locate the options for Ringer Output and Audio Input. Select "SANAS Virtual Microphone" for both.
- Save Configuration: Ensure that the selected settings are applied by saving the configuration.
- Log in to the Dialer: Return to the main Avaya Agent window once the audio settings are configured. Click on "Sign in All" to log in to the dialer.
