Avaya Agent Integration with Sanas

  • Login to VPN (use the credentials provided by the admin/IT team).
  • Locate and open Avaya Agent for desktop applications.
  • The Avaya Agent window will open.
  • All the credentials will be auto-filled if the Avaya is already configured by the admin/IT 
  • Click on the settings icon on the bottom left to access sound settings
     
  • Go to all settings - audio to access audio settings.
  • Select Sanas Virtual Microphone for Ringer Output and Audio Input as shown below.
     
  • Click on Sign In All to log in to the dialer


Avaya One-X Communicator Integration with Sanas

  • Click on the start menu, search for Avaya One-X Communicator, and launch the application.
  • Log in to Avaya One-X Communicator using the credentials provided
  • Access audio settings on the home window of the dialer as shown in the below image.
  • Go to Audio - Basic - Select Sanas Virtual Microphone in the dropdown under Microphones as shown in the below image and click on OK to save the settings.
