Sanas Application Checks

  • Launch Sanas application

    • Sanas application should  auto-launch at the start of the system or at the user login
    • If the Sanas application is closed manually, re-launch the application manually
  • Ensure Sanas application is licensed

  • Ensure the correct headphone is selected in the application.

  • Ensure the correct voice is selected in the application.

  • Check if there are any notifications highlighted in the notification center. If you see any notifications, click on the notification to check the details.

  • Check if Sanas is enabled or not.

  • Make sure that Sanas Virtual Microphone is selected as an input device in dialer settings.

    • If you are using a web-based dialer, make sure that the Input microphone in the browser settings is set to Sanas Virtual Microphone before you log in to the dialer.
    • If you are using a desktop application dialer, check the audio settings in the dialer and select Sanas Virtual Microphone as the input device under microphone settings.
    • NOTE: The output device (Speaker) must be the HEADPHONE and NOT Sanas.
